Привет!! Or in English, Hello!!

It's been a crazy few weeks since I've arrived. So glad to say I made it safely! Sadly, my body felt otherwise and kept me sick indoors for a few days but I pushed through. The Lord has kept me close and brought my deliverance in healing. Praise God!! :)

Learning Russian has been one of the most unique yet most stressful experiences. I've learned so much from the students. Not only Russian but the way they view and think of the world. Hearing some of the girl's stories made me aware of how highly they think of schooling. It also made me self-conscious of how little I know about different languages. This one person I talked to knew 4 different languages! It made me want to start learning some more LOL.

Being in Central Asia has been such a beautiful experience. The air is so crisp! And it's so cold! I love it so much. Florida is so muggy and hot so I love the change of pace. Being with the Lord in a different environment is so lovely, it's like my own little honeymoon with him. I absolutely adore falling deeper in love with his presence and wisdom. Our God is loving and shows his love for us in so many different ways in his creation, it's evident everywhere I go. I'm so excited about the opportunity to visit the mountain, I hope it's sooner than later but I'll keep you updated.
